This policy explains, in plain English, what I do with your information when you use my website or become a client. I keep it simple because that is how I run everything.

When you fill in my contact form or email me, I collect your name, your email, and whatever you choose to tell me about your business. If you become a client, I may also hold business information you give me so I can do your admin, such as your customers, invoices and receipts.
Only two reasons: to reply to you, and to do the work you have asked me to do. That is it. I do not use your information for anything sneaky.
I never sell your information to anyone, ever. I use a few trusted tools to run the business, and they only ever handle what they need to:
I keep your information secure and only hold onto it for as long as I actually need it.
You can ask me at any time what information I hold about you, ask me to fix it, or ask me to delete it. Just email me and I will sort it.
My website may use basic cookies so it works properly. Nothing creepy, and nothing that tracks you around the internet.
