These are the plain English terms for using my website and my services. By working with me or buying from me, you agree to these.
This website and these services are run by Bonnie Charters, trading as Behind The Tools NSW, ABN 16 138 970 922.
I provide admin and back office support for trade businesses, such as invoicing, quoting, chasing payments, inbox help, bookkeeping data entry, branding and business set up.
Important: I am not a registered BAS agent or tax agent. I do not lodge BAS, and I do not give tax or financial advice. If you need those, I will point you to a registered professional.
Prices listed on my website are a guide. I will confirm your exact price before we start. All prices are in Australian dollars and are GST free.
Monthly plans are paid in advance, on the 1st of each month. One off jobs are paid when the job is finished, unless we agree otherwise. Template kits are paid for at checkout.
You can cancel a monthly plan any time by giving me one month's notice.
You agree to give me the information and access I need to do the work, and the final say on prices and business decisions always stays with you.
Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights always apply.
To the extent the law allows, I am not responsible for losses that are outside my control. My total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you have paid me for the work in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
